Black River Wilderness Park

TENT CAMPING | R.V SITES | CABINS | DAY VISITS

Black River Wilderness Park is owned and operated by the Chippewas of Rama First Nation.  The campground is located just 90 minutes north of Toronto, 20 minutes from Casino Rama and 10 minutes south of Washago, Ont. at 7476 Simcoe County Road 169.

We offer a beautiful setting with the Black River wandering through areas of the park.  This park has 180 acres of wilderness with some idyllic island options for more secluded camping, hiking trails and more.

Camping is ideal for nature lovers, especially those wishing to experience nature at its best.  We offer standard tent camping sites, 15 and 30 amp. hydro and water sites, as well as cabins and year round camping in our Yurts.  We also offer a Tipi camping experience.
